Soundtrack from the movie Once

The 2007 Sundance Audience Award winning movie Once stars Glen Hansard of the Irish band The Frames and Marketa Irglova.

Described as "a simple, classic story of two artists falling in love," both the movie and the soundtrack has gotten rave reviews from critics and audiences who have seen it. Once is a beautiful boy-meets-girl love story. Hansard plays a busker who meets Irglova, a struggling musician, while performing on the street. The two strike up a relationship that initially blossoms over music and then in their personal lives. Hansard and Irglova wrote and performed the music for the movie and the soundtrack and the album is a haunting collection of love songs.
